Authorise the release of your transcript Complete the form to authorise your university* to release your academic transcript directly to the Department. *Note: Students from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) will need to provide their own transcripts directly to the department. |
Apply for an interim casual approval Retrieve your application Read and complete the declaration carefully |
